4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your mice, keyboard, or headphone product, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • For defective or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • YofiArbor reserves the right to deny a refund if the product shows signs of misuse, alteration, or damage beyond normal wear.
